Programs designed for every stage of your movement journey — from a child's first steps in classical technique to an adult's path toward strength, balance, and well-being. Rooted in ballet and guided by purpose, each program offers the structure, expertise, and community to help you grow, express yourself, and find joy in every step.
Movement, joy, and the first steps into ballet.
Baby Ballet
Ages 3–5
Your child's first introduction to the world of dance. Through music, imagination, and age-appropriate movement, Baby Ballet develops coordination, listening skills, and a genuine love of moving — all in a safe, joyful, and nurturing environment.
Pre Ballet
Ages 6–8
Pre-Ballet is where exploration becomes foundation. Students are introduced to the core principles of classical ballet — the five positions, basic barre work, posture, and musicality — in a structured yet encouraging setting. This class builds the physical and mental habits that make a young dancer ready for the next chapter.
Structured classical training rooted in the Cuban Ballet Method.
Ballet I
Ages 9–11
Level I introduces students to the full structure of a classical ballet class — barre work, center practice, and allegro — following the Cuban Ballet Method as our pedagogical foundation. Whether continuing from Pre-Ballet or entering for the first time, every student is met where they are and guided with patience and precision.
Ballet II
Ages 12–14
Level II is where technique deepens and artistry begins. Building on Level I, students work with more demanding barre combinations, adagio, turns, and a growing allegro vocabulary — learning to connect steps into enchaînements and to move with intentionality and expression.
